How it works
Only symbols trading at the moment of the scan are ranked (inside their regular session now, with a trade in the last 30 minutes); the rest are listed as not trading.
Source: Yahoo Finance news for each symbol (the same feed yfinance's news uses). Count = articles published inside the window.
Gap down = this rank's count minus the next rank's. Wider below = gap down is larger than gap up (for 20, 18, 14 the second rank is marked: 4 > 2).
The row with the widest gap down is highlighted. Gap ranking lists every gap from widest to narrowest (equal gaps: higher rank first). Ties share counts and have gap 0. * = Yahoo's list ended inside the window, so that count is a minimum.
